If your booking is cancelled by us, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you a full refund.
If you or a member of your party test positive and cannot therefore meet your booking obligation, we will refund you the full amount of your booking.

Hands, face, Space. Basic hygiene is expected from our guests, and we would expect in accordance with IOM Government advice, that anyone who has symptoms or tests positive stays in their accommodation until better.

Your hut will be sanitized/cleaned before the rental begins. This includes wiping down surfaces which will be regularly touched by guests.

CANCELLATIONS
General  Information
Green Creek Hut Company are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event that we are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”).

Missed travel connections for arriving on Island, and travel disruption due to cancellation of ferry/air services. Guests are advised to have adequate travel insurance to cover these circumstances.
We reserve the right for safety reasons to close the hut at any time, e.g . severe weather warning or loss of serviceability, If we cancel your booking, we will try to contact you and mutually agree an alternative date, if that’s not possible or if you prefer we will refund the full amount of your booking.
For other circumstances our normal cancellation policy applies:

No show, no refund.
If you cancel within 2 days of the start of your booking, the booking fee is non refundable. However, if we have been able to take a booking for the same period of your booking, we will refund you the full amount of your booking less the paypal payment handling fee of the total booking cost (2.90% plus £0.30 per transaction) and less an administration fee of £5.00
If you cancel beyond 2 days and up to 14 days of the start of your booking, you will be refunded 50% of your total booking, less the paypal payment handling fee of the total booking cost (2.90% plus £0.30 per transaction) and less an administration fee of £5.00
If you cancel beyond 14 days of the start of your booking, you will be refunded your total booking, less the paypal payment handling fee of the total booking cost (2.90% plus £0.30 per transaction) and less an administration fee of £5.00
We will try to resolve any cancellation refunds due within three working days

LIABILITIES
The booked hut is in an area where hazardous or other activities could be taking place beyond our control, e.g. Farm activities, Beach motocross and other entertainment activities.
The hut maybe situated near a road, water, or near a drop or abrupt change of level on the land.
Some of the supplied equipment could be dangerous and cause injury if misused or tampered with. e.g. folding chairs and tables, steps, movable structures.
Green Creek Hut company will not be responsible to you at all, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise for any injury, death, damage or direct, indirect or consequential loss (all three of which include without limitation monetary loss, loss of profits, loss of business or revenue, depletion of goodwill, lost expectation, loss of savings, lost data and similar loss) however caused arising from or in conjunction with the use of facilities including any computer virus.

VALUABLES
We will not be liable for loss of personal possessions, portable items that you normally wear, use, or carry with you when you leave your home, such as money, bank or credit cards. Or other items such as any collectible articles, which are rare or unusual, such as audio visual, photographic or sporting equipment, computers, laptops, tablets and notebooks. Jewelry, watches or pearls. Pictures, prints or works of art.  Precious metals or stone.  Stamp, coin or other collections.  Musical instruments. Furs.

LIMIITED MOBILIITY – please contact us before booking to check if the hut is suitable.

GUEST NUMBERS
The maximum number of guests inside the booked hut must not exceed the maximum permitted guests stated in the individual hut notes below.

DAMAGE TO GREEN CREEK HUT COMPANY PROPERTY
Any damage or breakage must be reported as soon as practically possible, and must be paid for.

COMPLAINTS
Any Complaints must be made known to Green Creek Hut Company within 24 hrs. 
No Complaints will be entered into beyond that period. Green Creek Hut Company is relieved from liability should the hut or facilities be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.

PETS
Pets are not allowed under any circumstances except guidance and assistance dogs, and only if any associated location byelaw permits dogs e.g. Port Erin Commissioners Beach byelaws, they are not allowed in the hut and must remain outside.

SMOKING/VAPING is not permitted in the hut or hut entrance.

Are 28th May - 12 June. 23rd July - 6th September.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your booking is for the day and period stated on your booking, this can be found at https://greencreek.simplybook.it/  under your profile. 
As this is a self help hut you can join your booking at anytime up to the end time, but if you join after the start time you cannot stay for the full duration. 
e.g. if your start time is 10:00 for 8 hours, and you start at 12:00 you only have 6 hours left.
Reminders contain the access key code.
Email reminders are sent 24 hrs before the booking and sms reminders are sent 14 hours before the booking, these reminders contain the key code to access the hut!
You are responsible to set up chairs, tables and wind breaks if supplied and return inside the hut after rental finishes.
Please leave the hut tidy as you would expect to find it.
Green Creek Hut Company reserves the right to gain access with prior notice for the purpose of inspection or maintenance if it is necessary.
